Current staging environment

The pilot is designed for interface review. It does not provide user accounts, document upload, payment processing or a stored consumer enquiry form. Standard hosting security logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps.

Planned production principles

• Collect the minimum routing information needed
• Obtain clear consent before sending an enquiry to a lawyer
• Keep detailed facts and documents in the retained lawyer’s secure system
• Use role-based access, audit records and defined retention periods
• Provide access, correction and deletion processes where applicable
• Assess vendors and data locations before production use

Information not to send

Do not send identification, SINs, banking information, health records, legal documents, evidence, opposing-party details or confidential legal communications through this staging website or its general email links.
